Arttherapie is a way to express yourself and through the creative process you can explore other perspectives of your circumstances. It is a creative way to cope with your reality and open up to your emotions, wants and needs in life.

1st we will get to know eachother.
In 30 Minutes you can ask me any questions you have and it is a space where you can explain what´s on you mind. And maybe you already have a topic you want to share with me.
2nd the arttherapy session
It´s your time, where you can express youself and experience the process. Usually a session is 2 hours long. This includes a talk about your creation, this is the most intense part, where you get to understand the process, and yourself in depth.
